 Paddington Teleconsult is an online doctor consultation adjunct service with our doctors, bringing the ease of consulting our doctors, to where you are.


Paddington Teleconsult allows for ongoing care, especially in situations where in-person clinic consultations are not necessary or possible.

Teleconsultation is a form of telemedicine service provided by health care professionals where computers and mobile devices helps to facilitate the consultation process and delivery healthcare services. It allows for easy access to medical queries, at the comfort of your own home.

There are specific medical conditions where this form of healthcare delivery is most suitable, while others have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

What can Paddington Teleconsult be used for?

Paddington Teleconsult is most appropriate for certain medical conditions such as:

  • Chronic medical care and follow up of conditions like

    • Diabetes

    • High Blood Pressure

    • High Cholesterol

  • Skin / dermatological conditions

    • Mild rashes

    • Cold sores

    • Eczema

    • Acne

  • Eye conditions

    • Mild red eye

  • Family Planning

    • Contraception & Emergency contraception​​

  • Musculoskeletal conditions

    • Mild gout flare

    • Mild muscle aches and pains

  • Initial assessment of:

    • Runny nose, dry throat, cough, fever

    • Diarrhoea, vomiting

    • Mild headache

    • Ladies / Women’s health issues

    • Menstrual issues

    • Urinary tract infection

Other medical conditions will be assessed on a case by case basis. To ensure patient confidentiality, our teleconsultations are not recorded for privacy issues.  


Paddington Medical is part of the Ministry of Health MOH LEAP Regulatory Sandbox, licensed to conduct teleconsultations. 


Paddington Teleconsult is able to offer the  Community Health Assistance Scheme (CHAS) Chronic Subsidies and MediSave for Video Consultations

What happens after Paddington Teleconsult is over?

Paddington Teleconsult alone

If your condition is deemed to be suitable for just teleconsultation alone, Paddington Medical can also arrange for secure medication delivery services for medications, medical certificates and/or medical memos (if relevant) to be delivered to your location quickly after the tele-consult.


Alternatively, we can pre-pack all the medications and you can drop by our clinic to pick up the medications.

The advantage of an initial teleconsultation, is that an initial assessment can be taken in the comfort of your own home. If, after your teleconsultation, our Doctors have assessed that your condition requires an in-person review, you will be advised to come to our clinic for a quick physical examination for confirmation of the likely diagnosis.

While you are travelling to our clinic, we will be pre-packing the medications for you so as to reduce your waiting time in clinic. You will not be charged another consultation charge when you come to our clinic for the physical examination. After the quick review, your medications will be ready for immediate pick-up. 

For certain medical conditions, Paddington Medical will inform you and claim the appropriate Government Subsidy (CHAS / Merdeka Generation / Pioneer Generation / PHPC) if applicable during the teleconsultation.
