I’m in my 40s, 50s and 60s, is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) suitable for me?

Synopsis: Find out the science behind HIIT and how it can possibly reverse ageing through guided exercise prescription. How can I do it safely, especially if I have existing medical conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels or diabetes?

This will be a joint talk from Mr Calvin Ng and Dr Lee Joon Loong.

Armed with in-depth knowledge in nutrition and experience in fitness training, he completed 365-day as a vegan athlete, and completed a Spartan Trifecta in 2017. He went on to complete a Spartan 2X Trifecta in 2018 with a Spartan Ultra in Johor, Puteri Iskandar, Malaysia. Calvin is a certified Spartan SGX and OCR Singapore Level 1 Coach.

He is also a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who has strong beliefs in providing holistic wellness programs to help those who seek solutions to their personal health challenges. He is an accredited Allied Health and Exercise Professional with EIMS, with a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition and Exercise Science. He also holds a 4th degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a Level 4 Instructor in Pure Krav Maga.
